Why am I unable to view the complete data I’ve added?

You’ve been busy adding partners and partnerships using our Chrome Extension (love that!) — but now you’re wondering,
“Where did the rest of my data go?”

Don’t worry — your data is safe and sound 💾

Here’s the deal:

  • With any plan, you can add as much data as you want using the extension — no limits there!
  • But to view everything inside BacklinkCRM, you’re limited by the plan you’re on.

For example:

The Starter Plan lets you view up to 300 partners and 300 partnerships.
Anything over that? It’s still there, just hidden until you upgrade 

Note: No data is deleted — just locked behind your current plan limits.

What if you’re within your plan limits? #

Still not seeing your full data and haven’t exceeded your plan?
That shouldn’t happen — and we’re here to help!

Click Upgrade Plan at the top-right of your dashboard and you’re good to go
